Useful websites – general

NHS Choices – provides a wide range of health information, information about care and support and m on the services available near you.

Patient info – a large database of information leaflets about health, disease, medicines and drugs. They also have a dedicated section providing information and advice about general health and wellbeing.

Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) – The RCS provide answers to common questions asked by patients needing or having surgery.
