Biography

Dr James Brown qualified from the Royal Free and UCL Medical school and trained in respiratory medicine in London, with some time working in Cornwall and South Africa.

He has sub-specialty interests in respiratory infection including tuberculosis, non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection and HIV-related lung disease. He also has specialty clinics in the management of asthma, as part of the North-Central and East London regional severe asthma service.

James is actively involved in clinical research and is a member of the British Thoracic Society TB SAG.
