Dr Lucy Ward

Biography

Dr Ward is the clinical lead for the community pain management services of Camden and Enfield and is committed to working closely with the senior management and operational teams of the hospital to deliver and further develop the service to provide world class pain management services to our patients.

She specialises in the assessment and management of patients with persistent pain. This includes full assessment and examination, investigations and thorough explanation of the condition and its management. She works closely with her multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, nurses and psychologists both in tertiary and community settings.

Dr Ward has a particular interest in the care and support of patients living with persistent pain. This includes looking at aspects of health and wellbeing especially the impact of diet and nutrition on pain and ability to cope with pain, as well as the impact of the perimenopause and menopause on pain and wellbeing.
