Biography

Mr Subramanian is a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in treating patients with hip and knee disorders, as well as patients who have sustained injuries and fractures.

He graduated from Imperial College with dual degree qualifications and trained in the prestigious University College London and Middlesex London orthopaedic rotation. During his training, he was awarded a scholarship to study at Oxford University where he undertook a MSc in musculoskeletal science.

Mr Subramanian successfully obtained and completed one of the UK’s high-volume prestigious arthroplasty fellowship programmes, working with Professor Middleton in Bournemouth.

Prior to joining the Royal Free London, he built upon his consultant experience at the Whittington Hospital as well as at the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre.

His strong research background was fortified by completing a scholarship awarded MSc at Oxford University in musculoskeletal science.
