Biography

Mr Dan Selo-Ojeme is senior consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, working at Barnet Hospital and Chase Farm Hospital. He is a highly experienced and well-rounded obstetrician and gynaecologist, with over 30 years’ experience in his field. He has a sub-specialist interest in female pelvic health, pelvic floor reconstructive surgery [uterine and vaginal wall prolapse], and urinary incontinence.

 

Mr Selo-Ojeme graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1980 and came to the UK in 1997 following completion of postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology in Nigeria, earning him a gold medal prize award. He continued his professional training in the UK, receiving his UK Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCST) in 2004.

Mr Selo-Ojeme has held the posts of director of medical education, simulation director, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists college tutor, divisional appraisal lead, clinical audit lead and gynaecology clinical governance lead.

He is a keen golfer.
