Biography

I am an experienced endourologist and general urologist, with 30 years in urological practice. I had the opportunity to complete an advanced urological training in EAU accredited centres and I was a senior lecturer in urology in the University Of Athens Medical School.

I am a strong supporter of patient-doctor partnership, patient safety and patient satisfaction.

I lead the haematuria and the stones clinical practice groups of my hospital, representing it in the region as part of NCL (North Central London) working group, CPG (Clinical Practice Group) and GIRFT (Get It Right First Time) program for urology.

I developed and lead the SSIP (Stone Service Improvement Project) in my department since 2012, which led to a substantive and holistic stone service provided in a multidisciplinary model.
