Women with bleeding disorders

The Katharine Dormandy Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre at the Royal Free Hospital runs a multi-disciplinary clinic for women with bleeding disorders.

The clinic is run by haemophilia specialists, obstetricians and gynaecologists, haemophilia nurse specialists and family counsellors/therapists.

Referrals are accepted from GPs and other clinicians across the UK, and patients have direct access to this service.

Women Bleed Too, a website created in association with the haemophilia society to raise awareness and provide support, has more information on bleeding disorders.
