Type 2 diabetes and me
Diabetes UK have set up a free online learning tool aimed at people who have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and those living with or affected by the condition who would like to learn about the options and support available to them.
The course is designed to help you understand and manage your condition, including information on treatments, diet, and where to go for support.
Bengali type 2 diabetes education programme
The Camden diabetes IPU have developed a six session Bengali type 2 diabetes education programme. Sessions last two hours and include such topics as: what can I eat?, managing diabetes with medication, and getting moving to get healthy.
