The Royal Free London provides an open access, integrated tuberculosis (TB) service for both adults and children.
The Royal Free London has cared for people diagnosed with and at risk of tuberculosis for many years. Patient-focused, we have an acknowledged reputation for innovation, with care provided by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Our tuberculosis clinics
We run a tuberculosis clinic at The Grove Centre, Royal Free Hospital, and at Edgware Hospital on Mondays at 1.30-4.30pm and on Fridays from 9.30am-12.30pm.
If you suffer from any of the symptoms below and suspect you may have tuberculosis, please drop in to our clinic and you will be seen by one of our specialist team.
Tuberculosis symptoms include:
- Cough for more than three weeks, which may be dry or productive
- Night sweats
- Fever
- Weight loss
- Loss of appetite
- Tiredness and fatigue
- Swellings in the neck and other sites
