Hampstead Green footpath will be closed from 15 February

9 February 2021

Work to reconstruct the Hampstead Green footpath between Haverstock Hill and Pond Street is due to start on 15 February 2021.

The works, which are being carried out by Camden Council, are expected to take eight weeks, during which time the footpath will be closed.

Alternative ways to enter the Royal Free Hospital from Belsize Park station include:

  • Via the Rowland Hill street entrance
  • Via the main hospital entrance on Pond Street – staff and patients will need to continue walking down Haverstock Hill and take a right onto Pond St.

Signs will be in place to redirect pedestrians.

Please note, while the works take place, some local parking suspensions will be in place to allow for deliveries. For further information, please contact: elliott.della@camden.gov.uk
