Video appointments – a new service bringing our patients and clinicians together, without needing to visit the hospital
Many of our services are now offering video appointments to patients as a more convenient way of having an appointment. You and your healthcare professional will be able to see and hear each other using a secure online video service. Video calling is simple and free to use when connected to WiFi, with the added value of face-to-face communication. You can use a computer, laptop or web enabled smart phone.

Update: We have now have a virtual reception team to help support you when you start your video call. For all adult appointments, please choose 'Adult Outpatients Reception'. Our friendly team will greet you and move you to the right place to see your clinician.
Please note that we have changed our list of waiting areas. If you cannot find the one you are looking for, please choose 'Adult Outpatient Reception' and our reception team will help you.
