The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Formulary is managed by the trusts' drugs and therapeutics committee. The formulary is a list of medicines stocked by the Royal Free pharmacy which have been approved by the committee for prescribing within the hospital.
All drugs are assessed by the committee for their efficacy, safety, cost-effectiveness and convenience prior to being approved for use within the trust. The information contained in the following links gives information on which medications are prescribable within the trust and which medications have prescribing restrictions placed on them. The Royal Free formulary is updated monthly.
