From 3 September, services will be moving into their new homes in the new Chase Farm Hospital.

24 September

The out-patient pharmacy opens in the new Chase Farm Hospital on 24 September. The pharmacy is located on the ground floor next to the shop. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

13 September

The urgent care centre (UCC) opens in the new Chase Farm Hospital on 13 September. The UCC is located on the ground floor of the new hospital and will be open everyday from 8am to 10pm. The UCC is there if you, or your child, needs medical advice or treatment for a minor injury or illness that isn't life threatening.

10 September

  • If you are visiting Chase Farm Hospital for an out-patient appointment or blood test on or after 10 September:

Your out-patient appointment or blood test will take place in the new hospital. You can check in for your out-patient appointment or blood test using any of our self-service kiosks.

Kiosks are located in the following areas: Side entrance and Zone E (ground floor), Zones K, L, M, and P (first floor). The kiosk will sign post you to a specific zone and waiting area for you to wait in. When your healthcare professional is ready to see you, your name and the clinic room number will be displayed on a call screen. Please make your way to this room for your appointment.

  • If your child has an out-patient appointment at Chase Farm Hospital on or after 10 September:

Your child’s out-patient appointment will take place in the new hospital. You can check in for your child’s out-patient appointment using the self-service kiosks in Zone B. Zone B has a child friendly waiting area and all paediatric patients will be asked to wait here until they are called to their appointment.

When the healthcare professional is ready to see your child, their name and the clinic room number will be displayed on a call screen. Please make your way to this room for your appointment. Please note, this room may be in a different zone to the area you are waiting in.

  • If you are coming in for a pre-operative assessment appointment on or after 10 September:

Your appointment will take place in the new hospital. Please follow directions to Zone E (ground floor) and check in at the information desk.

  • Attending the day unit on or after 10 September:

The day unit in the new Chase Farm Hospital opens on 10 September and is located in Zone O on the first floor. Day unit patients can check in for their appointment at the reception desk in Zone O.

3 September

If you are having an operation at Chase Farm Hospital on or after 3 September:

This will take place in the new Chase Farm Hospital. Please make your way to the theatres reception desk located on the second floor of the new hospital to check in for your operation. If you are having day surgery, you will usually be able to go home on the same day as your operation.

If you are having an endoscopy procedure at Chase Farm Hospital on or after 4 September:

Your procedure will take in the new hospital. Please follow directions to Zone A (lower ground floor) as stated in your letter or email. Once in Zone A you will be checked in by a receptionist.
