Video: Introduction to our cath labs
The cardiology department has produced a series of short videos providing useful information to patients about what will happen when they arrive at one of the trust’s hospitals, and explaining stent and pacemaker procedures.
This short film is an introduction to the interventional radiology and cardiology unit (IRCU) at the Royal Free Hospital. It shows where you need to go, what to bring on the day and introduces some of the staff. We want our patients’ experience to be as stress free and pleasant as possible and hope that this film will answer some of your questions and give some insight as to what will happen when you come in for your procedure.
