Emergency drop-in

Our emergency drop-in doctor is available Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm.

This service is currently by appointment only.

Please telephone the ICDC nurses first on 020 375 82029 (option 2).

They will be able to offer advice as to whether it might be better to see your GP or go to our emergency department.

If it is decided that you should be seen by our emergency doctor an appointment slot will be given to you.

We are able to give short-term antiviral prescriptions via this service but ask you to get other medication from your GP. We appreciate that it is not always possible to get a timely appointment with your GP and understand that not all patients are registered with a GP, however it is preferable for patients to be registered with a GP for your primary care needs.
