Outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) service
The outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) service allows patients who are medically stable but need short to long term intravenous (IV) antibiotic treatment, to be safely treated at home or in an outpatient setting.
