We are proud to provide supportive, personalised and high-quality maternity care to more than 10,000 women living in and around Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Hertfordshire, Islington and Middlesex.
If you would like to have your baby with us please fill out our online self-referral form.
We offer maternity care from several hospitals and community hubs. Our two main maternity hospitals are Barnet Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital. We also provide maternity services at Chase Farm Hospital, Edgware Community Hospital, Cheshunt Community Hospital, Finchley Memorial Hospital and a range of health centres, GP practices, children's centres and other community locations.
Watch a short video about our maternity services.
This film showcases the maternity services available at our hospitals. If you are pregnant and deciding which hospital to have your baby at, watch this film to see our maternity team explain the services we offer and the different sorts of births available.
National maternity safety strategy
The Government asked all organisations with maternity services to make a commitment to contribute towards achieving the national ambition and improve maternity outcomes. The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust maternity services are part of this National Maternity Safety Strategy and has implemented a Maternity Safety Improvement Plan to support the national Maternity Safety Ambition.
