We will talk about why the NHS encourages breastfeeding, how often babies really feed, how to avoid sore nipples and mastitis, how to know your baby is getting enough milk, and more. Please do bring your birth partner.

The breastfeeding workshop takes place on Sunday's from 11.30am-1.30pm. The class is preceded by the life with baby class and followed by the hospital tour – both of which can be booked separately.
