Your feedback matters

Your feedback is important to us and we want to make it easy for you by giving you various ways to tell us what you think:

  • Each area in our maternity units have an electronic device which you can use to tell us about your experience. Ask a member of staff for it if you want to use this device to give us your feedback.
  • You can also scan the QR codes you will see on posters around our maternity units using the camera of your smartphone.
  • Alternatively you can provide with feedback about your maternity care by clicking on the link below

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received at any of our hospitals, please ask to speak to a midwifery matron or the maternity bleep holder. However, if you feel uncomfortable in doing so or are unable to do so then our patient advice and liaision service (PALS) is also available to assist you. Their contact information is available here.
